About Josh

Josh began his commercial real estate career overseeing more than two million square feet of industrial and office properties for a leading Indianapolis firm. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in large-scale leasing, industrial sales, acquisitions, and construction management.

Over the course of his brokerage career, Josh has successfully managed more than $100 million in asset sales and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Marian University, where he also serves on the National Alumni Board.

With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and specialties, Josh brings a comprehensive perspective and strategic insight to each client engagement.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys coaching wrestling, playing golf, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife, Teri, and their two sons.
