About Josh

Like many Realtors, Josh had various work experiences prior to becoming a full-time agent. His previous careers have aligned with his real estate acumen to create a formula for success. He began his path to real estate by serving in the U.S. Navy, after which he obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering, M.B.A., and ultimately was registered as a Professional Civil Engineer. He is currently a licensed Realtor and hold his GRI designation.

Josh has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and currently practices full-time. Being a Realtor is what he loves, and it is what he does best. This fusion of business, engineering, and being a Valley resident for the past 19 years helped consistently rank him in the top 5% of all HomeSmart agents.

UnLike many Realtors, he understands how it feels to be both a buyer and a seller. He has bought and sold many of his own properties over the past 19 years. Josh is keenly aware of the stress and anxiety that comes with real estate transactions. He is here to mitigate those concerns for you.
