Josh Phelps

Josh Phelps, is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and a professional Contract and Competitive auctioneer based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is the 2022 Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association Champion Professional Auctioneer and is the 2021 Team Champion Auctioneer in collaboration with Team Champion Ringman, Zachary Vierheller.

Josh has held a life-long passion for the auction industry and the live auction method of marketing. He attended the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in High Point, North Carolina, and was at that time the youngest graduate to date in August of 1998.

Josh has also enjoyed a fruitful career in music performance and music ministry. Holding degrees in Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee (Bachelor of Music), the University of Oklahoma (Master of Music), and the Graduate Theological Foundation (Doctor of Sacred Music), Josh has appeared as a soloist in celebrated venues across the world including Opera Houses in Europe and Carnegie Hall in New York City. Choirs under his direction have performed at state and regional conventions and appeared on national and international television broadcasts.

With renewed focus on his Real Estate and Auction career, Josh enjoys a steady schedule in a wide variety of auction formats including Real Estate Auctions, Farm and Construction Equipment Auctions, Estate Auctions, Business and Restaurant Liquidations, as well as local, regional, national and international Benefit Auctions.

Josh is married to Oklahoma native and internationally celebrated trumpeter, Lacey Redfield Phelps. They work in the North Texas and Oklahoma region and can be found lovingly enjoying life with their two rescue dogs, Gracey and Toto.
