We had the pleasure of working with Kelly Camm! She was amazing! Thank you Josh for connecting us! Our home in CT was in contract in 4 days with a closing under 2 months. I spoke with Kelly the Friday before Thanksgiving and told her everything we wanted and didn’t want and that we most likely would not be coming to the area first. That Sunday I reached out and told her we shifted gears and were interested in Quick sales at Rivertown. Within the hour she was there and took video walkthroughs of the homes we were interested in. Later that day she was already in contact with the sales agent and even negotiated prices for us! My husband said she’s a real go getter and a great negotiator. We had the best experience with Shawna Leonard at F3. We were lucky enough to be stationed in Washington State with her when our families were both active duty Navy. Fast forward… over 10 years and here we go. The Navy gave us 9 days to find a house and start our next move. With 3 kids all under 6 years old. She showed us over 30 homes in 4 days. We didn’t know what we wanted. Didn’t even know anything about the area. It’s hard for most people to understand the military life, but she gets it. We narrowed down our preferences, and zeroed in on the perfect place in the perfect area with awesome timing and great sellers. She and her team at F3 did all the work in the background with our loan officer. Closed in under 4 weeks with zero errors (even though the home needed some WDO repairs to make it work!), and she even did the final walk through virtually with us because we were out of state again by that time with the movers, and she made sure the remote closing went smoothly with our notary. LOOK NO FURTHER! I'm a new home sales consultant for a new home builder in St Johns County with 10 yrs of experience. I decided to hire Chris Gallo due to a variety of reasons. His persistence & dedication are unmatched. Trust me when I share that I have worked with a LOT of realtors over the span of my career. Chris listed our property on Thursday afternoon and we accepted an offer (over list price - March 2024) by Friday evening. I listened to ALL his listing suggestions and their video marketing was AMAZING!!! Keep in mind our home was directly competing with new builds within the same community.

Although the home sold quickly mother nature decided to throw us a massive curve ball. A tornado hit the community on 4/11/24. Chris was at our property within an hour of the tornado to assess the damage and even contacted a roofer to meet him. Thanks to his connection with the roofer we were able to close on our property WITH a new roof. Needless to say we're extremely thankful for Chris & his team.

Chris and Emily (transaction coordinator) are true hero's! Their unwavering support, professionalism and abundant care particularly given the circumstances were above & beyond exceptional. We would not have made it without their assistance. They genuinely always had our back.

Our family has had a relationship for many years with JRT and through both the purchase of our "dream property" a second "home" (which took some time) and later with direction and excellent reference to proper assistance and latest the Sale of that original home. Being that we lived in Alaska, and she works in St. Johns, Florida, the process was affected by time zones and distance. Adriane handled it all with ease. Her communication with us was superb and timely. We took comfort knowing she would be looking out for us and checking on the build frequently. Her professionalism and kindness help provide us with a stress free experience. We are so grateful. Her knowledge and experience as a realtor was excellent!

The bi-weekly video and picture updates sent to us by the Josh Rogers Group, by far, were one of the most enjoyable aspects of this process. I worked with Valerie Hardman with my quest to find a new home for my family a few months ago. In todays crazy housing market, Valerie was tasked with helping us find a home in about 8 weeks time due to a job relocation. Valerie was on the emotional rollercoaster of home buying, in the seat right beside me the whole way. She was able to adapt to showing me homes via video chat while I was not in the area, and made herself available on short notice to show me homes when I was in the area. There were even a few times when I sent her a listing that was of interest, and to my delight, she had already set up video viewings for me knowing that I would be interested in that home. On a particularly emotionally taxing day, she showed me a home that I was quick to shoot down. When the emotions settled the following day, Valerie had the intuition to recommend I revisit the idea of the previous days home, and I ended up moving forward with an offer that was accepted. We had a terrific realator in Henrietta Threat. We experienced a builder that tried to close our newly built house that was approximately 85-90 per cent complete before the end of the year.
My wife had talked to several of the neighbors and not a one had something good to say about the builder.

As out of state buyers, their weekly videos showing progress was very help in monitoring the builder. Amy's "Moving to St. Augustine" group was excellent in familiarizing us with the area prior to making the decision to build. I would highly recommend them.

August 2017 we had the pleasure of having Eleanor Ruffes locate and represent us through a condo purchase. Eleanor quickly understood what we wanted and arranged viewings around our schedule. At every step through closing and beyond she answered all our questions quickly and correctly.
