Josh Smitherman

Josh Smitherman has been in real estate his entire life. He grew up building homes with his dad who is a residential home builder. He decided to pursue a degree in finance at the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His degree led him to a job in the banking world working in the new construction loan department, which was right up his alley considering his background. By the early 2000’s Josh had dabbled in real estate sales on and off on a part time basis but decided it was something he wanted to do more of. In 2007 Josh became a real estate broker and purchased Bradford Real Estate Group. He has worked diligently to make Bradford Real Estate Group what it is today by creating a superior standard of customer service and client loyalty.
