Born and raised in the Greater Charleston area, Josh is a Lowcountry native deeply vested in his community. But when he is not serving his clients or his church, his favorite thing to do is spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters. If time would ever allow it, he would also love to read one of the books in his over-sized library. Though initially drawn to the industry by a desire to invest in rental properties, his passion for real estate really grew when he saw the opportunity to invest in people.
