Buying a home I knew was going to come with some obstacles and have some stressful moments. I thought I was going to find my house make an offer then simply do paperwork and move on in! That was not the way it works lol, through this process Josh gave me so much of his step by step knowledge through all the homes we looked at, his assistance and advice was on point I thought I was taking a real estate class. I learned a lot he kept me motivated through the process and focused on what my wants and need were through my undecided and picky behavior he always talked me up but never felt he just want to sale me any house he was really helping me look for MY home. If I wanted to see 4 houses in a day Josh had no problem setting up and getting us out there making sure that this was all about me and I had every opportunity to see anything I was interested in. He was with whatever I was with! He really made the time enjoyable showing me houses but really I started understanding the process he made sure of that! I would highly recommend, promote, slap a sticker on my car to help him grow he is amazing at what he does it never felt like a business transaction always felt like my friend who had my back all the way to the closing table and beyond… Josh you are a amazing man of faith he has so much more in store for you.. you will never know how much I appreciate you as a person and me choosing you as my realtor was no mistake all love forever and ever!
