Used Exit Strategy Realty for the first time and know I will be back when needing the next place. The market is crazy post pandemic with everyone wanting to move back into the city. Joshua was our go to guy. They were able to schedule us tours very fast where it felt like we would always be the first ones to decide if we wanted the place. After a few tours we found the right place and everything went smoothly when we wanted the right fit. Highly suggest to others and will be back myself. Their system for notifications, messages and tour requests was better than other relators I have tried to work with.

Proactive, informative, responsive, and humorous realtor. I was searching through redfin and zillow when Josh reached out to me, asked my needs and price range, then provided over 50+ housing information. Once I narrowed down my options, he was very quick to set up house tours. During tours, he was fun to talk to, and also gave his honest opinion on some of the house options.

Even in the midst of those house tours, he continued to provide more housing options as a backup. Once I made a decision, he was a good middle person to ease communication with the landlord.

Josh helped me through the complex process of buy my investment condo in the Chicago area. Additionally, after purchasing I had an excellent experience working with Josh finding contractor to ready the property for renting.

After all the work was done, He quickly found a tenant for my rental. He was very professional and extremely nice taking applications and coordinating showings with the building manager and staff.

He knew exactly what was required at every step and did not make me waste time from purchasing, to renovating to leasing. He was also very creative.

I was posted to a remote Army base in the Mojave and I had a big move to Chicago, and I was extremely lucky to have stumbled on Josh. This was my first interaction with Chicago and I was nervous not knowing what to expect. I needn't have been - Josh has an affinity for the city and his job - really, there is no hiding it. His natural demeanor is positive, jovial, and knowledgeable. I let him know what I was looking for, my circumstances, and my budget and he got to work. Myself and fiancé had looked at apartments on our own, and were finding many places were not as advertised once we went in to see them and were not having much luck for about a month plus of searching. Although, once we contacted Joshua regarding his rental services he sent over dozens of apartment options, each specifically based on our budget/preference (location, amenities, etc), and very efficiently scheduled dates for us to see multiple apartments in a few hour windows. We absolutely loved the program in which the listing are provided, it allows you to select the apartments you are serious about viewing so you can narrow down your options. With Joshua’s assistance we secured an apartment in a matter of a few weeks!
