Josh spent many years with the nations top homebuilder working with families throughout the home purchasing experience. His market knowledge and ability to understand the home buying process allows him to not only negotatiate at the highest level, but also find the perfect home for his clients.
Josh was raised in the midwest in the state of Wisconsin. He moved to Lake Mary in 1998 just after attending college at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He became a Real Estate Professional in 2005 and took the path working in the New Home industry. Just recently he decided to take his extensive knowledge of the business and get into general real estate where he is able to assist with any home that is on the market.
Josh currently lives in Debary with his wife Angie and 15 year old son Nick. They have 2 dogs a 12 year old Golden Retreiver Leonidis and a 2 year old Dashound Waylon. They moved to Volusia County 4 years ago after living in Seminole County for 18 years. He enjoys golfing, boating, hanging with the family, and most of all the enjoyment of helping someone find their dream home.
