Joshua Busch

Josh Busch has been a member of KASE Real Estate for over three years. He specializes in selling modern farmhouses, midcentury modern, and other modern properties throughout Newport Beach, Huntington, and Costa Mesa, California. Often described as communicative, detail oriented, and level-headed, Josh brings a sense of calm to the most stressful transactions. His ability to collaborate with a team and other agents makes him an asset to buyers and sellers.

Josh earned his associate degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, and his bachelor’s degree from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. When he’s not hosting open houses and putting homes in escrow, Josh can be found spending time with his family, exploring the coast or mountains of California. Josh is also passionate about travel and has had the privilege of living in New Zealand, Maui, Austin, Atlanta, Santa Cruz, Chicago, Ohio, and, best of all, Orange County, California. He is an active community member and frequently volunteers with his local parish.
