He constantly kept in touch with us to make sure that we didn't have any questions or concerns and never failed to contact me immediately if I did have any questions. This guy gets it done!! We had a property that we thought would be difficult to sell because of it's price point...Josh rolled up his sleeves, made contact with the subs, and even did physical labor to enhance our property. Josh even enlisted the help of his family. We did not even need to step foot in the state of SC to sell our property! Josh was very instrumental in helping us purchase a condo in Mrytle Beach, SC. He was a wonderful advocate to help us walk through every long-distance step of the process.
We knew which second home we wanted after years of searching many areas, but it had to meet requirements. He gave us detailed property descriptions and excellent photos/video. He effectively communicated with the sellers about questions and other matters. He was in constant and varied communications with us and answered all our questions quickly!
