Joshua Dunkin

Joshua S. Dunkin is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the firm, concentrating on foreign and domestic Business Development. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Mr. Dunkin is international Vice President of the World Council of Experts for FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation and Vice President of FIABCI USA’s Mid-Atlantic chapter. FIABCI provides access and opportunity for real estate professionals interested in gaining knowledge, sharing information and conducting international business.
Community involvement entails membership to the Old Line Society which raises funds for local charities and the arts. Mr. Dunkin is also a committee member for the Young Defenders division of the Maryland Historical Society, the state’s oldest cultural institution.
In addition, he is a Technical Supervisor/Judge for USASA, (the United States largest ski and snowboard organization) and has assisted with the operation of world class events including Olympic qualifiers. Joshua Dunkin is proud to have been a part of successful planning and execution of international events and continues to search for adventure and entrepreneurial opportunities.
