Joshua Simkin England has been serving East Bay residents with determination, professionalism, honesty, and care since 2004 when he became partners with local real estate icon, Dennis Simkin. Joshua has seen all sides of the business. He heavily invested in the industry in the early 2000s and survived the 2008 crash. He credits that challenge for his ability to plan and his talent for building secure portfolios. He is consistently in the top three percent of East Bay agents.
Joshua has lived in Northern California since 1987 when his father, a U.S. Marine, was transferred to the Bay Area. He graduated from Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek and Chico State and worked for the Oakland A’s, running the Premium Seating department where Joshua learned how to create a lean, budget-driven business. As an online marketer, he managed workflow, subcontractors, advertising budgets, and became an adept negotiator.
Joshua’s broad real estate experience includes working with developers, first-time buyers, retirees, move up clients, and relocation clients. His friendly, honest demeanor and warm presence put his clients at ease, and he always listens with full attention. He is a well-respected and connected member of the community, and highly values personal integrity and quality of service. Many of his buyers and sellers return to him again and again.
Joshua is, above all, a family man, and cherishes time with his wife and children. When not working or spending time with them, he volunteers as a baseball coach at Las Lomas High School and for the Diablo Longhorns. To unwind, he enjoys reading and CrossFit.
