Prior to his career in real estate, Joshua worked in advertising at top agencies including Deutsch, TBWA/Chiat Day and Ground Zero. That experience did not give him the ability to create indelible marketing strategies that elevate beyond the norm in the real estate industry but helped him form the type of full-service approach to client care that is the foundation of his business.
Joshua graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Creative Writing from The University of Southern California. He currently resides in Lake Hollywood with his wife and two children.
