This was my first time purchasing property so I was very nervous to start this process. I knew exactly what I wanted and Josh did a great job vetting different homes and not wasting our time with properties that didn't check all of my boxes. Once we were in escrow, Josh was with me every step of the way and answered every single one of my frantic and sometimes silly questions in a timely and professional manner. We are so fortunate to have connected with Josh Gaylis when we planned to move to San Diego. As our agent, he helped us find the right house in the perfect neighborhood for a great price, all while working for us remotely. He was patient as we traveled back and forth from Los Angeles to look at homes over several months and kept encouraging us to only make reasonable offers that were well positioned to hit our family goals.

In short, Josh was always on our team, working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible. Josh has been absolutely incredible throughout the home-buying process. It took over a year from when Josh started showing me units to actually closing on a home, and he never once rushed or pressured me to make offers on units that I didn't love. He was incredibly patient, and I can't thank him enough for being so supportive throughout the process. Josh is always highly responsive, and is proactive in helping. We had an awful experience with the escrow company, but Josh was great and helped mediate to get us through. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone who is looking for an agent genuinely trying to help you find your dream home!

I absolutely would recommend Josh to anyone and everyone I know who is looking to buy a home. With the price range we were shopping in, there wasn't much on the market and it was all going very quickly. Josh was able to get us into viewings quickly. We never felt as if we didn't matter as much as one of his larger clients. Once we found a house we wanted, Josh was able to find out exactly what the seller wanted to go into escrow.

The escrow process is where he really shines. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and so helpful. He fought every step of the way for us and was constantly on the ball. He made us feel as if we were his only client. He did everything he could to make sure we made it to that closing line and we are so grateful we found him. We love our new home and we wouldn't be there without Josh!

During the past month when we decided to purchase a home, we had the privilege of working with Josh. We met Josh at an open house and after visiting with him, we knew we wanted him to be our realtor. After telling him what we wanted in a new home, he called the next day and had several ready for us to view. At all times Josh has been a professional who is very knowledgeable about the real estate profession. Josh, growing up in Carmel Valley, knows San Diego extremely well. He provided us with detailed comps when were ready to make an offer on our townhome and gave a thorough analysis of what the current market value and anticipated future value may be.

Josh is an incredible realtor!

He took care of everything, and guided us through the process every step of the way. Not only did Josh fully explain the process, he was physically present at our home for each step as we prepared to sell the property.

Josh set up a photo shoot that turned out beautiful photos for the "Coming Soon" material. On listing weekend, Josh hosted back-to-back tours all day long for three straight days, amounting to over 50 showings. On the top of the photo shoot for the "Coming Soon" and the listing weekend, this was during COVID. Josh ensured my family's safety at all times, taking great pains to meet all of our needs and address every single health concern.

After the marathon showing weekend, Josh managed all of the offers, clearly explained the nuances of loans and financing attached to each offer to ensure we accepted the best offer for our situation.

After accepting an offer, Josh represented us during inspections, appraisals and the negotiations, always with our best interest in mind. Again, this was during COVID, and Josh's priority throughout the entire process was the health and safety of my family.

In the end, I know our successful sale is a product of Josh's hard work - whether you are buying or selling, go with Josh. He went above and beyond for our family and I look forward to working with him again when the time comes!
