Joshua Howard

Josh Howard moved from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Central Florida 20 years ago to pursue the opportunity to create magical memories for Guests from around the world. In that time, he has forged a Guest-Centered philosophy and brings Project Management and Process Improvement experience when working with his real estate clients.

Josh received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and his Master’s in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Along with his professional and educational experience, he leverages the skills learned from volunteering with Scouting, serving on the Elder Board of his church and working with his local school board during the development of new schools, to ensure a comprehensive and personal approach to each of his clients.

Josh Howard entered the Real Estate world because he saw the opportunity to better provide for his family, while sharing his passion for the Central Florida area. He and his wife have three children and have called Winter Garden, Florida their home for the last 4 years.
