Joshua has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and is currently licensed in both Montana and Washington state. In his years as an agent, he has listed and sold over one hundred properties worth more than thirty-seven million dollars. Real estate is not just how he makes a living, it is also how he lives. He is an owner and investor just like you – having bought and sold several properties of his own – so he can personally relate to the idiosyncrasies and challenges of new construction, bank-owned properties, short sales, and rental properties to name a few.
Joshua has helped over two hundred individuals and families buy or sell real estate, including land, residential homes, multi-family homes, and condominiums. And while enjoys collaborating with the everyday homeowner, his current clientele also includes luxury builders, spec builders, attorney firms, guardianship service companies, and investors/flippers.
Joshua has developed a reputation among his peers as an honest, dependable Realtor – a sentiment that his friends and family would surely echo. He feels blessed to be happily married to his best friend and soulmate, and together they are raising two teenagers. When he is not working, you are likely to find him watching his kids’ sporting events, or enjoying the great outdoors somewhere – hiking, hunting, fishing or backpacking with his family.
