Joshua Matthews

I've been a full-time, full-service agent since 2002. During that time I have served as both a director to the Strafford County Board of Realtors and I also chaired the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee. I have also managed the #1 office in Belknap County for the past four years. With several hundred transactions of my own, I've also overseen nearly two thousand additional transactions in the past four years alone as a managing Broker of Coldwell Banker where I was responsible for training new agents on how to both sell real estate and use our tools efficiently, as well as running the business. I currently hold 12 different designations because I've always believed there is no substitute for the benefit of a good education, but I also recognize each one of these designations was earned to better serve my clients and help them win.
