Josh is in your corner! He will communicate with you however you’re comfortable (text, gif, calls, email) and will explain everything going on without making you feel dumb. He’s calm and that calmness will translate to you even if you’re anxiety-ridden throughout the home purchase odyssey like me. Good experience, would purchase again.

I was given the privilege to work with JOSH NEIBLAS when sickness and visiting family conflicted with my visit to Alaska to look at properties. This has been a lifelong dream of mine when I visited Alaska years ago. I was able to retire recently and finally made the decision it was time. I worked with Gina over the last five years looking and asking questions About properties. I'm sure I was a giant pain. Regardless I was met with professionalism and care never once feeling like a burden. I dropped the bomb on Gina i was coming right away, as a property came up that I was sure I wanted to see and purchase if it was meant to be. Gina had family in town and my short notice was no problem, so she hooked me up with another agent. Amy who was also very very helpful gave me her full attention and cooperation. Upon landing I learned that Amy had sickness in the family and would also not be available right away. So in comes my hero JOSH NIEBLAS.... This man is a great man and I consider a new friend after his time, help, and devotion to his customers. Josh went above and beyond helping me make my dream a reality. He was with me every step of the way with my purchase. He was my personal taxi. He took the time to drive me anywhere I asked. And kept me in the loop with what was going on with my purchase. He is great at his job I highly recommend JOSH. I have recently closed on my dream and own a piece of Alaska for myself. It's all thanks to JOSH!
