Originally from Guatemala City, Joshua's journey has taken him from Guatemala to New York and finally moving to Maryland as a young preteen in the late 90s, where he embraced the area's rich history and vibrant community, building a life that reflects his diverse background
From an early age, Joshua developed a keen interest in music and architecture, leading him to explore various trades related to home design and development. His commitment to understanding the intricacies of the real estate market inspired him to join Umanzor & Associates, one of the top-producing teams at Long & Foster.
Fluent in Spanish and equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of the local market, Joshua is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of his clients with patience and thoroughness.
Outside of real estate, Joshua and his wife, Lisette, are actively involved in their local church, contributing to both music and youth ministries. When he’s not hosting open houses or seeking out the perfect property for his clients, Joshua enjoys traveling and cherishing time with family and friends.
