Where to begin? Josh and his team are absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, he was there to answer questions, give guidance, and offer support. He gave very sound advice, and exceeded any and all expectations by going above and beyond during the entire buy and sell process. He made the entire process as stress free as possible, went to bat for us to get the most on our sale, while getting us the best deal on our buy. He's a great friend, amazing agent, and excellent person to work with.

Josh was an excellent realtor and a pleasure to work with throughout my first time homebuying experience. I was targeting the condo market downtown in a couple of very specific buildings and Josh went the extra mile to do targeted marketing in those buildings, stopped into units and did a pre-viewing for me and kept a watching eye during showings for things that might need work. His experience and help were above and beyond my expectations.

Additionally Josh was very timely in responding to my calls/texts and worked with me through the entire process to ensure that I was well informed and understood each step as we proceeded through. Josh made the daunting process of selling our home really smooth while we were in the midst of finishing up renovations and getting ready to move across the country during a pandemic. We’ve now worked with Josh twice (on the buying and selling ends of things) and he really does go the extra mile. He’s super knowledgeable, motivated, and always has his clients’ best interests in mind. Josh really pays attention to your goals and what’s important to you, and he’s there every step of the way to explain things, talk strategy, offer advice, etc. Josh is also a smart negotiator and good problem solver, which is so important in real estate. Josh made shopping for a home fun! We cannot recommend him enough. We found the perfect house and had a blast doing it! My wife and I were first time home buyers, so we didn’t know that much about the process going into it. In the initial interview, Josh did a great job educating us about the home buying process. We interviewed a couple other agents as well, but Josh stood out because of how prepared he was and how comfortable we felt talking with him. During our home search, Josh was prompt with his communication and very patient with our questions, which we had a lot of. He was quick to set up showings and had good insights to share during them. We felt like very valued customers. When it came time to make offers, Josh gave great advice to help us make smart offers and we felt like his proactive communication with the sellers’ agents gave us an edge in negotiations. In the end we found a house that we love and got it a great price. Overall, we would rate our experience with Josh 10/10 and recommend him to anyone!

Josh helped my fiancee and I buy our first home a little over a month ago and I couldn't imagine having had such a smooth and seamless process unfold for us! I don't suspect everyone's experience would be so, but it was one of the rare experiences in my life where everything fell into place so perfectly all we had to do was surrender and let it happen - after looking at two houses with Josh, he received a call from a woman who's daughter had sold her house with Josh's help earlier that summer and she wanted to sell hers now. This house was amazing - everything we wanted but didn't think we'd get - and he worked as a dual agent and was able to get her to come down in price, pay for closing costs, sewer cleaning, and we were able to get our offer accepted before it even went to market. It was like...what just happened. We didn't have any bidding war heartbreaks or a lot of the fuss that I've heard from friends and family. She wanted out fast, we wanted the house, everyone won. I don't believe this is how it works all the time, but these are the kind of connections and serendipities I would imagine only a stand up, well connected and referred realtor could offer you. I was skeptical throughout the process of the dual agent situation, but any time my fears were getting the best of me, we would have a very friendly and honest conversation and he made me feel SOO supported and always reassured me very sincerely that he had nothing but my best interest at heart - and he's definitely the kind of guy that you know he means it. Every step of the way he was on top of everything, he has an amazing team of people behind him, and he has a great network of additional teams and services that handle the closing business. Any time I would text him questions he would answer me back within the hour, he even got back to a couple late night texts several times after 11pm!!! The guy really works for you and he really cares about you and he really knows his stuff!

I feel I could go on and on! I hope you look no further than Josh. He leads with his heart and is one of the most humble and lovely human beings I've ever met!

Hiring Josh as my realtor was the best adult decision I ever made! Especially as a first-time homebuyer, I was blown away at his quick responsiveness, dedication and hard work. Josh found my house the day before it went on the market and prepared beforehand, so we went to look at it the day of our first meeting and I put in an offer that same day! The seller's agent said he chose our offer in a multiple offers situation because he appreciated Josh's work ethic and trusted Josh to make sure everything went smoothly. Josh is beyond gifted at negotiations and made sure I got what I asked for without losing the house in a stressful multiple offers situation. He also worked hard to make sure lending kept the ball rolling. Josh doubles as a friendly therapist who will calm all of your nerves about buying a house. Josh is an amazing real estate agent. He helped us buy a new home when we were re-locating to the Twin Cities from out of state. He always made time for us, he was extremely responsive and always kept us in the loop. We never had to follow up with him to ask for a status update or where things were at. He was proactive and always kept us in the loop.

We made several offers on homes were we didn't get an acceptance(super hot market right now every offer we had in was competing with several other offers), it didn't deter Josh's efforts in fact I think every time we put an offer in that didn't get accepted by the sellers he worked and pushed harder for us to find our new home. Josh always had great advice and gave us things to consider that we would have never thought of had he not mentioned it. Due to the cross-country move and limited window of time we had to find a home, we had to get very creative and Josh was always there to help guide in our adventure.

What I think sets Josh apart though, is his ability to negotiate. He has a sense of charm about him and can be very persuasive. I didn't realize how important this was until we were in the final stages of selling our other home. When you don't have the ability to talk to the seller directly, you need someone who can advocate for you and push your agenda, without coming off too aggressive. Josh handles it like a pro. We had several unexpected surprises very close to closing (not related to Josh) and he was able to help us through every issue even though some of them were not his responsibility at all. He really cares, and works hard to get things done.

Josh helped us find our first home (in south Minneapolis) and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with. As first-time home buyers, we were nervous about the process and had heard horror stories from friends about how competitive the market was, but Josh was great about keeping the process from feeling stressful and was always willing to break things down and explain the nitty gritty home buying details. We learned a ton and felt like we fully understood every step of the process, as well as chose the right home in a great location for us. He genuinely cared about finding us the right place to meet our own goals and was always willing to work with our crazy schedules to meet up to talk about houses or answer our questions (and we definitely enjoyed that Josh would meet over coffee or brunch – much more enjoyable places to spend time than an office!). I doubt you’d find another agent who would go above and beyond for clients as much as Josh does, from picking us up from the airport (with snacks!) to look at houses to answering questions almost immediately at any time. Home-buying is a time consuming process and you’re likely to spend a lot of time with your agent, so choose someone like Josh that can de-stress the process, keep things fun, and who always has your back and keeps your best interests in mind.
