Joshua Perttula

Joshua Perttula is a founding partner of Abington Emerson and a current member of the Investment Committee, leading the firm’s real estate business and investments. Prior to founding AEI, Mr. Perttula served as Executive Vice President of ACC Capital Holdings Corporation (“ACH”).

Mr. Perttula is a member of the Board of Trustees of the California State Bar and a Vice Chair of the Blue Ribbon Commission on the Future of the Bar Exam. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the State of California.

Mr. Perttula graduated with a B.A. in both Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law
