A proud North Potomac native, Josh takes great pride in having a vast understanding of the DC area real estate market. His knowledge of different neighborhoods and school districts is invaluable.

Josh provides an exceptional experience for his clients by listening to all their needs and paying extra close attention to detail. His expertise and thorough understanding of all real estate matters are manifested when walking clients through the entire buying or selling process. When Josh isn’t helping clients find the perfect home you can normally find him walking on the C&O canal with his family or coaching his kid’s soccer teams. His family consists of his wife Tiffany and their three soon-to-be four children. He is an avid fan of the outdoors, camping, and exploring different National Parks. He loves giving back to the community and has dedicated his life to serving the less fortunate. He has organized several service opportunities dating back to 2001. He orchestrated various drives for clothing, canned goods, Halloween costumes, school supplies, Toys for Tots, and most recently blankets.
