Josh is great! As a first time home
Buyer (in my entire family) I was all new to everything. So as you know I was clueless to the whole home buying process. Josh was extremely patient and thorough with me. He explained everything and was there every step of the way. Even when he wasn’t around he was a text away and would always make sure all my questions and concerns was answered. Highly recommend doing business with him!

Josh was incredibly helpful in our home buying journey. As first time buyers, we had no idea what the process entailed, and Josh was incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had. He was able to get us a showing on the home we ultimately chose the day it hit the market, which was a big deal considering the home we looked at a day before had multiple offers before we even saw it! He went above and beyond what we expected, even checking the home to make sure there was no damage after the crazy storms we had at the beginning of the month. I would highly recommend working with Josh to anyone that is ready to make the leap to home ownership. You will not be disappointed!

Joshua Rijo of Rijo Realty was the best realtor I could have asked for. Not only did he go to bat for us in getting us into our first home, but he pulled out all the stops. Josh got us in to see every home that we showed even a little bit of interest in as pictures do not do homes justice. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt like I was learning more and more from him which was amazing as I already work in the lending world. And last, but certainly not least Josh showed he actually cared and wanted us to be happy with our decision and what we were looking for. We didn’t feel pressured into buying something at all and loved the time we spent with him. He is someone I would recommend to everyone looking to purchase a home and will forever be someone I keep in contact with!

Joshua is a person that will make you feel like family, and he will treat you like family. He’s smart, kind and genuine. If you have 100 homes to look at, Joshua will make sure you see all of that 100 homes and making a schedule with what fits your time course.

From day one, it was obvious that Josh wasn’t the type of real estate agent who just wanted to make a sale. Josh was only interested in what we truly wanted out of a potential home. Josh made sure that we saw every single house we wanted to. We would often send listings last second and he would schedule a showing for that same day or the next. He was so patient and understanding whenever I didn’t like a house for the smallest reason. He was always going above and beyond for us and that didn’t stop when we picked a house. After we closed, we realized the AC didn’t work and he immediately came over and contacted the seller and made sure they fixed it. He was always available to answer questions we had no matter what stage of the home buying process we were in. Josh is an amazing person and an amazing realtor and we highly recommend him.

I would recomend Josh and Rijo realty group to anyone looking to buy a home. Very professional and easy going at the same time. Josh was very helpful in our home search. Very fast responding to any questions and provided us with multiple homes to view. If there was something we did not know he had the answer for us. Even after we found one we loved he continued to send us homes throughout the buying process, just incase something caught our eye. Josh made the process very easy for us and when I buy another home I will be going through Josh 100 percent.

My family and I were traveling through upstate NY on our way back from a trip to Canada. We stopped at a gas station to fill up. At the station, our battery went dead. I asked multiple people for a jump, most ignored the request or said they couldn't help. To our luck, Joshua pulled up at the pump next to us. He was obviously coming back from or going to a showing and was well dressed. When I asked him for a jump, he without hesitation said he'd help. Most people wouldn't want to be bothered to risk getting dirty. However, Josh went the extra mile and helped a complete stranger at a gas station get back on the road by sparing 5 minutes of his time. I tried to pay Joshua, but he wouldn't accept the money. If I lived in Upstate NY, this is the kind of realtor and neighbor I would want. Someone willing to help when no one is looking, and nothing is expected, simply doing the right thing for someone. Thank you again Joshua, and I hope the good deed you did pays you back tenfold.
