About Joshua

Back in 1998, Josh started studying real estate at the age of seventeen and then began his real estate career as a home loan consultant at 20 years old, helping home buyers obtain financing to buy new homes and homeowners to refinance their current mortgages.

Josh enjoyed being on the financial side of real estate, but he had the urge to get out from behind the desk. With his real estate finance experience and having studied real estate at a young age, Josh had a fantastic knowledge base as he earned my Real Estate Broker’s License in 2004 and transitioned into helping those same clients buy and sell their residential real estate.

From 2004 – 2009 with his hands-on knowledge and experience of how real estate financing worked, Josh was able to help his clients buy and sell real estate with a higher level of expertise and competency than most other Realtors in the marketplace.

For his home buying clients, Josh was able to help them structure their home purchases most advantageously, from a personal finance and investment standpoint. For his home selling clients, Josh was able to weed out offers from potential home buyers who were unable to financially purchase his client’s homes from those buyers that he knew had a strong financial base to follow through on the purchase. This saved Josh’s home selling clients from wasting weeks and months on home buyers who ultimately could not follow through on the purchase.

By working with over six hundred home buyers and sellers during these 5 years, Josh knew exactly what buyers wanted to see when they stepped inside a house. Josh understood what caused them to make an offer and what made them walk back out the door in the first 60 seconds.

Being able to tell his home selling clients the exact steps we needed to take to sell their home in the shortest period of time and for the highest price was a direct result of having spent time working with so many different home buyers.
