A passionate teacher and coach, Josh integrates new KW Commercial agents into a sales and marketing platform by providing a pathway to focus on becoming an expert within a specific real estate asset class. While each member of his team works closely with him on specific assignments within his many areas of expertise, he also empowers them to pursue their own passions. Thus he has a small, but highly effective team.
