Josh was a pleasure to work with while searching for a home in MoCo. He understood my list of Needs & Wants and was a good sounding board on the Pros & Cons of a listing. He was very responsive by email, text and phone calls. He was able to arrange showings I was interested in seeing within 24hrs which is crucial in the current market.
After a busy weekend of going to open houses, Josh immediately called me when I was contemplating putting an offer down. I told him of the two townhouses I was mulling over and he got in contact with the different realtors to see what was the bidding situation. Turns out I hesitated too long for one and missed that deadline, but Josh did everything possible to help me put in a competitive offer on the other listing, including arranging a walk & talk inspection first thing the morning before final & best offers were due that day.
My advice for anyone looking for a house in the DMV is to not delay on putting down an offer and to trust Josh’s expertise in the buying process.
