Joshua Williams is by far the hardest working agent I’ve ever met, so polite and understanding. He truly listens to what you tell him and ask from him. Don’t get me wrong, he knows how to get aggressive especially when negotiating on a house or a contract. I’ve never met someone as an agent that literally goes in and strong arms people to win deals. That doesn’t take no for an answer, he knows exactly what it takes to win a deal! He is a young hard working agent, but don’t let his age fool you. He has local expertise and can quickly find the answers you need. He also was available any time I called him. I literally called him at 11pm onetime to ask a question about a home, guess who took the call?! He did! Get Joshua Williams as your agent and you won’t be disappointed.
