Every time he works with a new client, he enjoys the opportunity to learn, educate and execute. He is naturally optimistic and extremely detailed, which gives his buyers/sellers and him an advantage in an ever-changing environment.

Joshua has been living in Manhattan for 20 years. He currently resides in Midtown East. Joshua attended the University of Buffalo, where he graduated with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. Prior to focusing full-time on real estate, he founded and ran a tailgate catering company with partners.

In his leisure time, Joshua loves playing and following sports, relaxing on a beautiful beach, traveling around the world, his lifelong passion. Most importantly, he loves nothing more than spending time with the people he loves.
