Josiah Toole

Josiah is blessed to call himself a full-time real estate broker. He didn’t always know he wanted to be in real-estate, but he quickly fell in love with the job after he was able to get his first client into their dream home. Josiah’s heart has always been to serve people, he graduated from Texas State University with a degree in criminal justice hoping to one day serve the community in law enforcement. Family circumstances lead him back to his first home, Washington, where he reconnected with a childhood friend, and they got married in 2018. 2018 was also the year Josiah was able to purchase his first home with his wife, Ashley.

Having a place to call home is very near and dear to his heart, which is why he works tirelessly to make sure his clients are treated with the utmost respect and care in the process of buying or selling their home.
