Working with Josie was a wonderful experience! Me & my wife were looking to buy our first home so Josie walked us through the entire process from the very beginning: filtered the houses we looked at which met our specific criteria, went with us to each house that were interested in and walked us through a detailed document for every property, helped us bid on our house, walked us through the inspection process, and helped us close on our house. Each step of the way, Josie was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining in detail so it was a huge comfort knowing that we could make a good decision. Highly recommend Josie for anyone looking for a top quality and great realtor!

Josie helped me a buy a house during the craziness last year. She was helpful in finding listings that were in the location I was looking and was also happy to show houses that I had found by myself. She was patient throughout the process with me and I never felt rushed. She has a lot of energy and drive to help with looking and visiting house and ensuring that all questions are answered.
