Josue Collado

Josue moved from outside of New York City to Gainesville in 2016 after serving for 5 years as an administrative assistant to his family's retail business. Josue graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and then went on to obtain his Master's of Science in Real Estate degree from UF. Josue finished in the top three teams in his Master’s of Real Estate Capstone Class and gained tremendous leadership recognition by serving as one of thirty ambassadors for UF's Warrington College of Business.

Josue's career in real estate began in 2018, and features working as a JP Morgan Real Estate Banking Summer Analyst and now as a Realtor & Sales Specialist at University Realty. Josue is an important member of University Realty's sales team and specializes in showing properties to customers looking to purchase. Josue loves to accompany homebuyers in their life changing decisions and serve them in all ways possible. His positive attitude comforts customers throughout their entire process.

In addition to real estate, Josue enjoys being active and playing basketball, volleyball, and outdoor activities. He also spends much of his time at faith gatherings and is passionate about mentoring and encouraging others in purposeful living. One of his favorite quotes is "Progress is superior to perfection!"
