Joy navigated us through our relocation from Brooklyn up to lower Hudson valley during peak pandemic exodus, first to a rental and then into our first home purchase in one of the most challenging buyers market in recent history. Not only was she able to support, coach, and close the deal on both rental and purchase in the cut-throat market in 2020-21, I dare say she made the process as painless and even joyous (all things considered) as possible. Joy is incredibly responsive, organized, and diligent. Whenever I thought I needed to reach out to prompt action, Joy had already completed the task, 100 % of the time. Not once was I left lingering for proactive update, thorough response, or detailed next steps. She was very patient ,and answered all my concerns. I appreciated all her candor, all she did during this stressful process and helped me find my home.
