What a wonderful job she did for us! We were selling our rental property that we fully renovated when we met. Joy offered her services and after meeting and seeing her passion, drive, proactive out of box ideas, we went with her. After agreeing with her on price - She staged it by herself , and it looked beautiful. She then marketed it aggressively, held 2 open houses- Saturday and Sunday and got an above price offers for us. All the while we were both out of country and buy the time we got back , we were under contract and went to a smooth closing. This was the most stress-free and enjoyable sale I have experienced. Joy was very helpful and took the pain out of finding a home. We do not drive much, so she took us around the DC metro area and spent hours many days showing us home. She stuck with us for months to find a home, where we looked 1-2 a week for hours. She was willing to handle communication with sellers which greatly reduced work for us. When we finally found a place with her and closed on it Joy was willing to communicate with both the seller and the lender to resolve problems that came up and save us money, the joejitsue -DC Buyer
