Joy was very patient with me since this my first time buying a home! For example, whenever I did not understand something, she would explain it until I understood it. I was very nervous about the house buying process; however, I was so glad that Joy was my realtor since she made the process relax and not stressful. Joy responded to me immediately whenever i had a question or concern. additionally, Joy was very fun to work with and was always happy/willing to talk. Finding Joy was a "Miracle". From the Beginning to the End she was very helpful. She was Super Professional. She always had her Tablet with her everytime to provide any and all information.

She was very patient and great at explaining the documents when I couldn't understand.

She was always available to talk when their was a concern or if you had a question. We feel happy and Lucky to have found Joy to help us find the perfect home!

Joy was great throughout the entire process of buying my first home. I had a TON of questions and Joy was extremely attentive and helpful in giving me answers and suggestions. I closed in June but Joy has continued to be helpful even after signing all of the closing documents. I still have questions and she continues to offer assistance.

I'd highly recommend Joy if you are looking for a new home!
