I have been a happy resident of the Asheville area since 1998 and a Realtor since 2004. I have worked with all sorts of sellers and buyers including first time homebuyers, investors and builders. I earned my Strategic Pricing Specialist designation last year, and that gives me an edge not only for my sellers but also for my buyers. I thoroughly enjoy my work as I'm a people person and also have a business background. I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and have a background in accounting. I have a family and pets and enjoy all this area has to offer.
