Joy Schulz

RE/MAX on the Coast welcomes Joy Schulz to their team. Joy is a seasoned agent with over twenty years of experience in the real estate world. Having worked with Re/Max in Atlanta GA and in the local area previously, she joined the RE/MAX on the Coast team in 2011. Joy’s main focus has always stemmed around connecting people in providing them opportunities in making a difference in their communities. A very active and connected community leader and volunteer, Joy has co-chaired and served on several committees in connecting students and individuals to community outreach projects and area non-profit organizations. Connecting people to the community is what Joy does best! With her native nature in understanding each community, having grown up in Gulf Breeze, is an asset to any prospective client, whether buying or selling. In her free time, Joy is busy with biking, running and enjoying beach time. Having been a long-time resident, she, her husband, David, and boys enjoy the beach and great weather all year long and will forever be a fan of the Gulf Coast.
