As a first time homeowner, Joyce was great to work with. She answered all my questions, explained anything I didn’t understand and was very communicative. Joyce offered advice every step of the way. She understood what I was looking for and before I even knew which place I wanted, she did. We even had a lot of fun along the way.

We were selling our house for the first time and found Joyce Abdallah to be a truly professional real estate agent. The entire selling process went smoothly. She was patient and knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire selling process. She had our best interest at heart and was prompt at responding to e-mails, calls and/or texts. Joyce was great to work with. She understood our needs and kept us up to date with the latest listings and showing us houses that fit within our wants and budget. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and we were comfortable knowing that we had her to guide us through the process. She kept us in the loop with any updates and communicated well, not just with us but also with our mortgage company and the other realtor. Overall, we had a great experience with Joyce and would definitely recommend her as you navigate the whole home buying process.

Joyce is very professional, honest, and client-oriented. She spent significant time and effort helping me secure my first home, all the while I was deployed overseas. She was very responsive to my needs and desired specifications in a home, never pressuring me to settle quickly. Throughout the process, Joyce made me feel in safe hands.
