About Joyce E

I come from a small town but love the city! I grew up in Wyoming and eventually moved to Denver to work as a CPA for a large, international accounting firm. My background in finance and my passion for real estate eventually led me to make real estate my full-time profession. That was 22 years ago and I have never looked back! During those years, I have enjoyed the privilege of working with so many wonderful people; everyone from first time home buyers to very seasoned investors, many of whom I now call good friends.

In my free time, I am usually hanging out with my husband, our three daughters and our wonderful friends. We like traveling, time at the lake, paddle-boarding, and time at our family cabin in Breckenridge. We also like taking hikes and walks with our four-legged family member, Yankee. He is our spoiled Golden Doodle who adds a lot of fun to our household!

My approach to real estate is based on exceeding my client's expectations while helping them to make wise real estate decisions. As a former auditor and CPA, I pay attention to details! Whether writing or reviewing contracts, managing negotiations, meeting with an appraiser, or while attending to the many facets of a transaction, I focus on ensuring that my clients achieve their housing goals. I’m not afraid to work late into the evening or to work with a buyer over many months in search of just the right property. I truly enjoy the privilege of helping clients understand the market and the complicated process of buying and selling a home. My client relationships are based on open communication, honest professional advice, trust, old-fashioned hard work, and a true desire for my clients to have a fantastic real estate experience!
