Joyce Gardner

A bit about Joyce - Born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Akron, OH, Joyce completed her bachelor's degree at Dartmouth College and her graduate degree at the University of Texas (Arlington). After relocating to Maryland in 1992, Joyce worked as an adult educator at Marymount and George Mason Universities and then later became the founder and program director of Howard University's Language Institute. In 1999 Joyce made the decision to help individual families meet their real estate needs.

Beginning her first year as a realtor when Joyce was named Rookie of the Year, she has consistently enjoyed success as a top producer. More importantly, Joyce prides herself on achieving near 100% client satisfaction and helps clients get what they want and need within the time frame they need it. Licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, Joyce gets "Results Grounded in Integrity and Service".

In her free time, Joyce enjoys spending time with her adult children, spoiling her dog, and speaking Italian so she stays ready to visit her friends in Siena, Italy.
