She was always available to answer questions and was proactive in her approach to selling our property. She knows the market well and used that to our advantage. Joyce is a friendly, experienced and very personable realtor. We sold our cabin which was 2.5 hours away from us. It was not close enough to us to go up there frequently but she made it easy to prepare and sell. She was helpful in providing advice to make it more appealing. She also went up there on her own time to clean and prepare it for viewing. We highly recommend her to sell your property!

We discovered Joyce when we left a message at her office when we began in earnest our search for a home in NC early in the year. We finally made a trip to NC in the spring and looked at several properties. Joyce was so accommodating. As we were in the process of selling we decided to wait on purchasing, but Joyce regularly sent us listings in the area we were interested in. When we finally saw a house that we believed would work for us, we asked Joyce to take a look at it and we made arrangements to come back to NC just to look at this house. It was a quick trip, but in the meantime Joyce went to the property to take more photographs. We immediately put in an offer, and although the negotiations with the sellers were somewhat of a challenge, Joyce helped us to get an offer we and the sellers would accept. She worked for us every step of the way. I would tell anyone who is searching for a home in her area that I highly recommend her as a realtor who goes out of her way to accommodate and work for her clients. We truly feel blessed and thankful to have found our new home and to have gotten to know Joyce. She loves her work and loves helping people, and that is so important when searching for a new home in a new place. We could not be happier. Thank you, Joyce, for everything!
