Joyce Larkin, a senior level associate and has collaborated with Principal developers and sales & marketing firms in selling Real Estate projects throughout the U.S. market for over 15 years and has been at the forefront of the real estate market. Joyce’s sales record has been always a top producer at each property she has been involved with. Joyce, a native of New York spent her early career days in the jewelry industry selling, buying as well as management.

She relocated to South Florida in 1996 to become a manager for Mayor’s Jewelers. Soon thereafter she was recruited by the top Real Estate firm in Miami and acquired her Real Estate License. Joyce also has obtained her Mortgage Brokers License in the State of Florida. Joyce is an initiative-taker and a born leader with excellent sales and organizational skills.
