After growing up in Rochester, New York, and attending college in Boston and Los Angeles, my sales and marketing career precipitated my relocation to several states including Hawaii, California, and Arizona. Since settling in the Tampa Bay area with my husband in 1997, I have worked in new home building and sales and understand the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing a new home verses an existing home.
