Joyce Shipley

As a vital part of the Windermere team, Joyce Shipley has been a real estate professional in Pierce County since January 2006. She was born in Pasadena, CA and raised in Ventura County. Her mother was a REALTOR® and her father was a general contractor. It was inevitable that she would also join the real estate industry!

From over 20 years in print and direct mail, Joyce Shipley’s clients benefit from her marketing knowledge and management skills. She really loves helping people find or sell their homes and negotiating the sales process. Joyce Shipley enjoys working with first-time home buyers and those who are downsizing or relocating. She wants to help you with your property needs in Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, Tacoma, University Place, Fircrest, and Port Orchard.

Joyce Shipley loves music and theater. She enjoys volunteering for different organizations to give back to the community and feel that it is an important part to share her knowledge and talents with them. Joyce Shipley participates with Windermere Professional Partners in their Community Service Day. She is a member of the TPCAR Diversity Committee and the Leadership Academy through TPCAR as well as having been on the Board of Directors for TPCAR. She is a past board member of the Seacliff Organization.
