Joyti Goundar

Joyti started working in real estate in 2000 on large projects for a successful Los Angeles Developer, eventually starting her own company with a business partner. In 2007, she joined an online real estate company which allowed her to concentrate on what she loves most about real estate: negotiating and providing the best customer service to clients. After six years of working with the company and building the Southern California Market, Joyti decided to leave and work for herself. She has been fortunate enough to be named one of the Wall Street Journal’s Top 100, 400 and 1000 Real Estate Agents for the third consecutive year and in 8 years have sold over 400 homes. In her opinion, customer service is defined as collaboration between the agent and the client. Each of her clients come to her with a different set of needs and concerns. While she considers it her basic duty to satisfy their individual needs and address each of their concerns, she is most proud of the fact that they leave the experience with a sense of appreciation and fulfillment.
