Highly recommend Juan Guzman from Keyes company as a realtor. Helped me find the perfect home for me with patience and searched relentlessly until “the home” was found. I asked 100s of question and Juan took the time, interest and personal care for each and every question. Above all, answering them honestly. Truly caring about not only what mattered to me but also taking the time to attend to other matters which are worked on the back end and inform me of the entire process along the way giving me peace of mind. Was very upfront about everything. Went above and beyond, working around the clock. No home purchase is flawless and without hiccups, but he was there on top of everything, handling the issue and saving the day at the day of closing. Working a few years with Juan from multiple rentals to my first home purchase and looking forward to purchasing my future homes with Juan! Outstanding! Thank you, for everything!

Also a shout out to Miami mortage advisor! Shawn was my loan officer and set a new bar for customer service. Not just finding a loan but from the point of shopping, closing and everything in between. This guy is a pro!

Juan helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my roommates! After looking on my own for over a month I was so lucky to be referred to him. Best in Miami. Juan will advocate for you, not push you for things you don't want. He was professional, honest, helpful, communicative and knew what he was doing. He is very proactive with outreach and he's eager to make you happy, not pushy to make a sale like 99% of agents in Miami.

Juan found us an amazing property that we had overlooked, helped us negotiate pricing, and supported us through the paperwork and walk-thru. He always replies quickly to texts, couldn't ask for more!

Extremely lucky to have found this realtor literally five days before I had planned to move out of my previous apartment. Unfortunately at the time the realtor I had in place was just not making it happen for me & really didn’t seem like he cared to be honest.
