After investing in a classic brownstone in his native Cincinnati, Ohio, and studying business in college, Juan quickly developed what has become a lifelong love of real estate. Moving to Los Angeles, he spent a few years as a personal trainer to elite members of the entertainment industry before bringing to his real estate practice the discipline and communication skills necessary in that role.
Today, Juan represents buyers, sellers and investors in the communities of Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, the Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills where one of his specialties is finding and securing unique, often obscure properties that are not on the open market.
