Juan Lopez's 25+ years in global sales and marketing serve both long-time local homeowners and new-to-market buyers through deep knowledge of market value and negotiating expertise. Licensed in real estate since 2017, Juan's commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion put people at ease throughout the buying and selling process.

Combined with his own extensive expertise in new construction, real estate investment strategy, and relocation, Juan's client’s partner with both a personal advocate and a global concierge.

As an active member of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Juan's fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese offers clients additional depth and resources both locally and internationally. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).

In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife of 30+ years, also traveling, working out, and watching sports.
