Juan has been part of the Business Process Team for over 1,000,000 SF of real estate transactions. Throughout his young career, he has represented clients in multi-market transactions such as United Natural Foods, Inc., Freedom Fresh, All-American Containers, Yanbal USA, and ABS Distributors.

Juan Rodriguez was part of Cresa South Florida's Industrial Team as a recent graduate from the University of Florida. During his academic career, he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Accounting. While pursuing his degree, he interned at Cresa South Florida for 2 years and was been a part of the Business Process Team for over 1,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions. During his internship, Juan gained an incredible amount of tenant representation experience and South Florida market knowledge.
