Juana Maya brings a lifetime of dedication, service, and heart to The Samantha Mendoza & Home Girls Real Estate Team. She began her professional journey in 1993 in customer service, building a strong foundation rooted in patience, communication, and putting people first. In 2003, she transitioned into office administration, where she continues to serve full-time within the Washoe County School District, supporting staff, students, and families with care and consistency. Juana first entered real estate in 2007, gaining valuable hands-on experience guiding clients through important life decisions, and returned in 2021 with renewed passion, maturity, and an even deeper commitment to her community. Known for her organization, reliability, and follow-through, she seamlessly balances her roles while delivering exceptional support to those she serves. A proud wife of 32 years, mother of five, and grandmother to eight, Juana’s love for family fuels her purpose—helping others create stability, opportunity, and a place to call home.
